All our activities including Yoga and Meditations are based on the Five Elements concept.

FIVE ELEMENTS CONCEPT

The Five Elements concept is the oldest knowledge in the world, originating as ancient religion in Egypt, India, and Sumeria. Civilizations would develop esoteric knowledge such as yoga, tantra, astrology, numerology, feng shui, vastu, alchemy, and many others based on these beliefs. To today, many mystics, yogis, saints, and hermits still use this concept to walk on the spiritual path they have chosen.

That concept is inspired by the nature, and it is said that the whole Nature is made of 5 great Elements ( Fire, Water, Air, Earth and Spirit ). It means that the humans are also made from the same elements.

In our center we teach about the lost ancient concept of the Five Elements using several methods like yoga, meditation, and adventure activities to connect with the elements in the Nature.

YOGA

In yoga it is said that humans are made from 5 different levels that represents the Five Elements:

Therefore one yoga class should work on all the five level in order to be complete.
Our yoga classes are different, each day according to one Element. The style is the most similar to Hatha yoga ( the oldest yoga style ) with some unique yoga movements dedicated to the Five Elements.

MEDITATION

Meditations technique are actually mind concentration technique. There are many different, and each one is working on one or more level of the mind. We use the 5 most powerful meditation technique, one for each Element, one for each day. You will learn those five meditation that you can implement to your daily life routine.

“An unforgetable experience in many ways”
Marin and Natalie were very welcoming to my daughter and myself. We immediately felt comfortable on arrival. The expectations of the week were clearly laid out to us in a respectful manner. The week really ran like clockwork, but with a laid back vibe - we all knew where and when we needed to be somewhere and the whole group responded well. Activities were amazing, lecture and meditation was surprisingly interesting and effective and the yoga was energising at the start of the day. As an experienced yogi it was good to have some alternative routines and my daughter as a beginner was able to follow most of the yoga.
