At our RETREAT CENTRE, we offer two unique programs, SUN and MOON. Each program runs every second week, alternating schedules. When selecting your arrival dates, please ensure they match the program you prefer, as these two programs do not overlap.

What is the main difference between the two programs?

SUN - Yoga & Adventure Retreat. This is a 6-night all-inclusive package designed for a deeper, immersive experience, including accommodation, two delicious meals per day, yoga classes, Five Elements Wisdom classes, and Five exciting excursions, including all the Adventure activities that are listed on our page and many more.

MOON - Yoga, Brunch & Wellness Holiday. This 5-night program ( shorter stay possible only in low seasons ) is perfect for those who prefer a more flexible and relaxed holiday. The Moon package includes; A rejuvenating morning yoga class, a nourishing breakfast to start your day, and ample free time to plan your own adventures, explore the area, or simply relax. While dinners, excursions, and adventure activities are not organised during the Moon program, we are more than happy to provide recommendations and tips to help you make the most of your time.
