Firstly, we request that all participants fill out the application form [ in the next 24h if possible ], which can be accessed through the link at the bottom of this page.

This is important to ensure that we have all the necessary details for your reservation.

PAYMENTS PROTOCOL

The whole Payment is divided and needs to be paid into 3 parts: Please NOTE that the first and second payment have 2 different bank accounts. These payments are our usual protocols with the direct bank transaction via IBAN with a minimum fee. If you prefer to pay through other types of payment, such as PayPal or a Card, or if you prefer to bring the second payment in cash on your arrival, let us know.

FIRST PAYMENT

1st initial payment for the booking around 500€ is usually paid in the begining. But in case you didn't here is a bank account: The first payment is Non refundable but is possible to reschedule.

SECOND PAYMENT

2nd payment of 500 Euro per person needs to be paid not later than one month before arrival on a different account (below). The second payment Refundable only if your spot is rebooked after cancellation. (minus a €100 processing fee)

Once you have made this transaction, let us know and we will check and confirm ( it usually takes a few days for bank transactions)

3rd PAYMENT

3rd payment is your balance, depending on the total price of your package including extra nights. The third payment is payable in cash upon check-in. iT IS Non refundable even if you leave early for any reason or if you skip any parts of the program.

We don’t accept card payments or internet transactions on arrival, so please prepare the exact balance ( rest of the money ) in cash ( Euro ) and put it in the envelope, on which you write your name and the amount. We recommend withdrawing cash and changing it to Euros in your country. If you need to take the balance from the ATM here, there is one 5 minutes from our house. We can take you there if needed, but please do it before the check-in.

Croatia is a safe Country, and here everybody still pays in cash. We prefer cash, but if that is not possible for you, let us know, and then we can send you a third bank account, one week before your arrival.

Please note that on arrival, it is only possible to pay in cash ( no cards, no internet transactions )

The foundational philosophy of our retreat. This will help you come prepared and ready to engage in interactive talks and share your thoughts and experiences.

Here's a suggestion: Consider listening to this course closer to your retreat arrival to keep the teachings fresh in mind. Take a notebook, follow your progress, and write down insights to share (if you wish) during the retreat. Of course, feel free to listen to the course as often as you prefer, whenever it suits you best.

HOW TO COME

Best is Pula Airport PUY, which is 40 minutes from us (Rovinj) From the Airport, you can wait for our collective free pick-up on Sunday around 15:00 (read below ), or if you don't want to wait, you can take a taxi ( we can also arrange it for you ).

FREE COLLECTIVE PICK UP

On Sunday, we collect people from Pula and/or Rovinj around 15:00, but you need to send us a message on WhatsApp one day or at least a few hours before so that we can plan to pick you up and send you the location and exact time. For the collective free pick up you need to have WhatsApp and connections on the spot to be in contact with the driver. Our WhatsApp number is +385955715811

FROM PULA AIRPORT OR PULA CITY - Sunday usually around 15:00h (please inform us in advance if needed)

FROM ROVINJ CENTER - from the bus station on Sunday usually around 16:00 (please inform us in advance if needed)

FOR ANY OTHER TIME OR PLACE - you will need to find other transport or we can arrange a taxi for you if you tell us in advance. A taxi from Pula costs from 70 euros ( depending on how many people ).

WHAT TO BRING

We recommend:

Bathing suit (preferably two pairs, so you can change if one gets wet, especially for sitting in a van),

Lycra long sleeves t-shirt (protection from the sun on the sea)- OPTIONAL

Beach towel

Sun protection (hat, sun cream)

Mosquito repellent cream

Small backpack

Water bottle min 0,75L

A raincoat in case of local rain

Beach shoes or slippers that can go in the sea

For hiking: good hiking sandals or sneakers ( no need for hiking boots )

You may also need a NOTEBOOK to write down the wisdom of the Five Elements

CHECK IN

CHECK-IN - is on Sunday at 17:00h. The program starts at 18 with Dinner, a welcome gathering, introduction. Important: Please arrive by 17:00h to fully enjoy the opening session. If you don't have flights on time, it is better to arrive one day before.

EXTRA NIGHTS -

You are welcome to arrive one day before and stay one day after the retreat for an extra charge, but please note that on Sunday morning and on the next Monday morning after the retreat, we don't serve or offer breakfast. Means no breakfast for extra days because those are free time for our Team.

CHECK OUT

The program ends on Sunday morning with breakfast at 09:30h. Check-out: Sunday at 12:00h. Free Collective drop-off: Sunday at 12:00h to Rovinj centre or any other place in Rovinj. There is no collective drop for Pula.
