BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The payment protocol is different for each retreat or event.

With the first initial payment, you secure your spot.

Sun - All-inclusive Retreat program

For the Sun retreat program, payments are divided into three parts:

Initial payment for reservation of approximately 500 Euro through Stripe (Card payment) or an alternative bank transaction if necessary.
Another 500 Euro for the Second payment to another account, one month before arrival. Please note that we have two different accounts for the first and second payment, which we will send you by email.
The Third payment (your balance, depending on the total price of your package) must be paid in cash on your arrival day.

All the payments are non-refundable, as is written in the cancellation policy below.

Moon - flexible wellness retreat Holiday

For the Moon wellness holiday, the payments are split into two parts:

Initial payment for reservation of approximately 50% of the total package price, through Stripe (Card payment) or an alternative bank transaction if necessary.
The second payment (your balance, depending on the total price of your package) must be paid in cash on your arrival day.

All the payments are non-refundable, as is written in the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation policy

All payments are non-refundable. However, if you cancel on time and only if your spot is rebooked by another participant after you cancel, we will refund your payments, except for 50 Euro for administration work.

Even if you skip any part of the program or leave earlier for any reason, the payments remain non-refundable.

The payments are not refundable for any reason, including health problems, issues within a family, natural catastrophes, flights being delayed or cancelled, or any other reason. That is why we advise you to take travel insurance to secure your investment.

Reschedule

Sometimes rescheduling your booking is possible, but only if the rescheduling was requested well in advance.
