  • The Movement: Start your day with "Five Elements Movements"—a flowing, Qi-Gong-inspired practice to energise your body.

  • The Nourishment: Experience Natali’s signature vegetarian and vegan culinary art, from our famous brunch to candlelit dinners.

  • The Wisdom: Learn about the cycles of the Sun and the Moon and be among the first to see the presentation of the newly reconstructed Five Elements Calendar.

  • The Land: A sunset ceremony at the sea and a journey to the hidden megalithic stone circles of Istria.

The Schedule

Friday, March 20th: The Moment of Alignment

  • 13:00 – 14:00 | Arrival & Gathering: Guests arrive at the Five Elements Retreat Center in Rovinj to settle into their rooms and enjoy a refreshing herbal welcome drink.

  • 14:30 | Departure for the Sacred Sites: We head out toward the ancient hilltop stone circles. For those who prefer, we will provide the precise GPS coordinates so you can meet us directly at the site at 15:00.

  • 15:45 | The Equinox Ceremony: We will be standing within the megalithic stone circle at the exact moment of the Spring Equinox. In this precise window of balance, we will hold a quiet meditation to synchronise our internal elements with the shift of the seasons.

  • 18:30 | Welcome Feast at Home: A celebratory dinner prepared by Natali to honor the first evening of Spring.

  • 20:00 | Opening Soul Fest: Music ceremony with guests, followed by drumming and dance to awaken the spirit and set the rhythm for the weekend

Saturday: The Alignment

  • 08:00 Five Elements Movement & Meditation (Body stretching and elemental connection).

  • 10:00 Our Signature Equinox Brunch.

  • 11:30 Special Presentation: Decoding the Five Elements Calendar & The Lost Wisdom of Time.

  • 13:00 Free time: Enjoy the Spa (Sauna/Jacuzzi), book a massage, or explore Rovinj by bicycle.

  • 15:30 Lunch

  • 17:00 The Sunset Ritual: We take our drums to the beach to celebrate the Equinox sunset with the local community in a dance of light and shadow.

  • around 20:00 Light Dinner at home

Sunday: The Ancestral Path

  • 09:00 Sound Meditation ( sound bath ).

  • 10:30 Final Celebration Brunch.

  • After brunch Free time: Enjoy the Spa (Sauna/Jacuzzi), book a massage, or explore Rovinj by bicycle.

  • Departure any time after brunch
